Terms and Conditions 55bbbet — General platform usage rules

To create and maintain an active account on 55bbbet, users must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age of age on the date of registration. 55bbbet actively verifies age and reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil.

• A bet confirmed and accepted by the platform cannot be cancelled by the user, except where the Cash Out feature is available and the user chooses to use it before the event ends.
• The official result of each event is the score recorded at the end of regulation time (90 minutes for football), unless the specific market states otherwise.
• In live betting, displayed odds are updated in real time. If a bet is submitted during an odds change, 55bbbet may accept the bet at the updated odds or decline the request — a bet will never be accepted at odds lower than those confirmed by the user.
• Obvious odds errors (odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical failure) entitle 55bbbet to void the bet and refund the staked amount, even after the event has been settled.

Postponed and canceled events: if a Brasileirão match or any other competition is postponed, the bet remains valid for up to 48 hours. If the match does not take place within that window, the bet is cancelled and the amount is returned to the account balance. For accumulator bets, the cancelled selection is removed and the odds are recalculated for the remaining events.

Combo bets (multiples): the payout is calculated by multiplying the odds of each selection by the stake. All selections must be correct for the bet to win. A cancelled selection reduces the accumulator to the remaining events.

The Cash Out feature allows users to settle a bet before the event ends, receiving a value calculated based on current odds and the partial result of the match. Cash Out is available for selected single and combined bets, both before and during the event.

• Full Cash Out: settles the bet in full at the value displayed at the time of the request.
• Partial Cash Out: allows you to cash out part of your stake while keeping the rest of the bet active.
• The Cash Out value is calculated automatically and may be lower than, equal to, or higher than the original stake, depending on how the event unfolds.
• 55bbbet does not guarantee permanent availability of Cash Out — the feature may be removed from a specific event at any time for technical or operational reasons.
• Bets placed using bonus funds may have Cash Out restricted or unavailable, depending on the terms of the active promotion.

By using 55bbbet, users agree not to engage in any of the following behaviors:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly or to circumvent restrictions applied to an existing account.
• Use scripts, bots, automated software, or any technology that interferes with the normal operation of the platform or provides an unfair advantage in betting.
